Are you sustainable?

Sustainability is at the forefront of Ascent’s goals. Unlike competitors, we assure that all ingredients inside of our reed diffusers are sourced locally and have no hidden burdens on the environment. This is thanks to are key ingredient, augoe oil. Augoe oil sets us apart from our competitors, as it is a plant-derived compound that is biodegradable and great for use in reed diffusers thanks to its ability to prolong the diffusion process.

Where do you source your ingredients?

As sustainability is an important goal at Ascent, all ingredients are sourced from companies that are within a short distance from Harpenden, where we are based. This means that delivery drivers do not have to drive long distances and therefore less carbon dioxide is emitted into the Earth’s atmosphere from the vehicle.

What is a reed diffuser?

A reed diffuser is a home fragrance product that disperses scent into the air from oils absorbed by reeds placed in the diffuser. It creates a pleasant aroma in the air safely, sustainably, and efficiently.

How long do Ascent reed diffusers last?

One key reason we believe our reed diffusers are the best is their longevity. Our reed diffusers last up to 6 months. If the scent begins to fade, simply flip and rearrange the reeds to help restore the fragrance.
